SHIPPING
Our team will get to work on your order as soon as we get it. Further details regarding the number of days required for the production of your garments can be found on each product page. In the case that we have multiple products with varying production times, we will ship them all at once. You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your product leaves our warehouse.
We ship to the following countries from our warehouse in Galicia (in the Northwest of Spain):
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
We offer free shipping for all orders in Spain and for international orders above 350 euros.

All prices are shown in € inclusive of 21% Spanish VAT (Value Added Taxes).
RETURNS
We appreciate that you address any of your concerns before acquiring an item in order to minimise waste and pollution caused due to shipment and return. If you wish to do so, please email us at customercare@notaboutpapers.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours (Monday to Friday).
If you need to return your purchase, please contact us at returns@notaboutpapers.com and we will provide you with the necessary information for doing so.
P4P3RS™ has a 14-day return policy, which means you must contact us within 14 calendar days of receiving your purchase to be eligible for a refund (please include the receipt to your email).
Your returned item must be unused, clean, in the same condition as when you received it (please be mindful of makeup stains), and in its original packing with all tags and labels.
Once we receive your item, we will evaluate it and advise you whether or not your return is authorised. If so, we will reimburse the full value of the products within 5 business days using the same payment method you used initially. Please bear in mind that we will not refund the return shipping cost or any foreign customs or taxes.
EXCHANGES
If you prefer a different size, colour, or style, please return your current item and purchase the new one.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Each item is thoroughly inspected for quality before shipping. If you receive an item that is not in perfect condition, please notify us immediately at customercare@notaboutpapers.com. Please keep in mind that any claim requires you not to have manipulated the item inappropriately.
